Art is something that is all around us. You scroll through your favorite social media pages and chances are good, someone has at least shared some type of artwork to you wall. It doesn’t matter whether it is a photograph, a GIF, or just words. To the right person, it is all art. Therefore, it shouldn’t surprise you to hear that its an artist’s world. To prove it, there are art competitions and other events going on all over the world.

The Beauty of Art

You don’t have to be an artist or an art lover to recognize the beauty behind it. It takes so many different forms that it is impossible to not love some part of it. There is artwork in photography, painting, woodworking, digital graphics, and more. Chances are good, you enjoy taking your own photos or have seen a photograph that you felt was beautiful. What about a table that you felt was made exceptionally well?

Art is beautiful. It is everywhere. From a sunset to a painting of one. If you have the ability to recreate something, then you can consider yourself one of the luckiest people on Earth. As someone who is good at it, you should consider entering art competitions. If you are not lucky enough to be one who can recreate it, but enjoy trying to do so, looking at it, or owning it, you should take every available chance to view it. This can even include judging artwork on your own.

There are art competitions going on all around the world at any given time. There is the Nordart International Exhibition of Visual Arts, Bucks County Plein Air Festival, Art for Animals, etc. You can see art shows in Tallahassee, Salt Springs, Laguna, and more. You have no reason to feel that you cannot attend. Virtually every festival in the world will have an art show of some kind, competition or otherwise. Which events will you attend? What will you create or see while you are there? The possibilities are endless and you are limited only by your imagination.

Let Your Creativity Shine

There are so many ways to create. You can take a piece of wood and transform it. You can take a picture and a coloring crayon, paint, or marker to create something fantastic. If you are unable to draw today, that does not mean you cannot do it tomorrow. The same is true for painting, sculpting, and everything else. In art, there are no rules to follow. Abstract painting is merely throwing beautiful colors at a canvas to see what turns out beautifully.

Just think of the people who have learned to make art by swinging paint over a canvas or splattering it. They use painted strings and pull it over the canvas creating a flower. If they can do it, you can as well. In our opinion, you should! You never know what you will be able to create, with just a tiny bit of effort.
